1. Creating Zip using windows 10 (With send to Menu):

  1. Select your target file or folder
  2. Right click on the selected file or folder
  3. In the context menu, choose to Send to > Compressed (zipped) folder
  4. Rename or accept the suggested name, and press the enter key

  1. Open Windows 10 File Explorer
  2. Choose the file or folder you want to zip
  3. Click on the Share tab and then select the Zip button from the Ribbon Menu

3.Creating Zip Folder /Files using windows 10 (With Existing Zip File):

  1. Create a newly Compressed (zipped) folder from the context menu
  2. Rename the new zipped folder
  3. Select file(s) or folder(s) you want to zip
  4. Then drag & drop it/them on top of the New Compressed (zipped) folder
